Non-attendance of parties
If, at the time appointed for the in-person hearing of persons at a meeting of the Council with regard to a restraining order, any party to the representation proceedings connected with the restraining order does not appear, the Council may, if satisfied that the party has been duly notified of the in-person hearing, proceed with the hearing and make such recommendation as it thinks fit for the purposes of section 11(4) of the Act.
