Agenda
Subregulation 1
The agenda for each meeting of the Council must be drawn up by the Secretary and approved by the chairperson.
Subregulation 2
The agenda for a meeting of the Council has to be given by the Secretary to every Council member —
(a)
at least 7 days before the day of the meeting; or
(b)
such shorter time as the chairperson may approve, being at least 24 hours before the time appointed for the meeting under regulation 4.
