Regulation 7
Voting at meetings
Subregulation 1
Each Council member has one vote.
Subregulation 2
In addition to his or her general vote, the Council member presiding at a meeting has, in the case of an equality of votes, a casting vote.
Subregulation 3
A resolution of the Council is passed if it is agreed by all Council members present without dissent, or if a majority of the Council members who are entitled to vote on the matter casts votes in favour of it.
