After the Council receives a restraining order —
it must as soon as practicable give directions to the parties about how it intends to review the restraining order; and
it may continue to give such directions as required.
The directions must indicate —
whether the Council intends to hear oral evidence and if so, how it intends to conduct the hearing; and
whether the Council requires any further information or documents from the parties. (3) The directions may include directions for the confidential treatment of any material that a party intends to rely on or is required to file.
If a party fails to comply with any direction given by the Council, the Council may exclude the party from further involvement in the proceedings.
