In the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act 1996 (called in this Act the MPA Act), in section 7(1), after paragraph (e), insert —“(ea)to oversee and promote the cybersecurity of computers and computer systems (as defined in Part 13B) in the maritime sector in Singapore and regulate persons who own or operate such computers and computer systems;”.
