In the Energy Conservation Act 2012, in section 2, replace the definition of “port service operator” with —“ “port service operator” means a person providing any regulated service (within the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act 1996) under a licence or an exemption granted under that Act;”.
