cl 48Consequential amendments to Singapore Tourism Board Act 1963

In the Singapore Tourism Board Act 1963 —

(a)

in section 29B(4)(c)(i)(B), replace “public licence issued to the applicant under” with “licence granted to the applicant under Part 12 of”;

(b)

in section 29B(4)(c)(i)(C), replace “a public licensee under” with “the holder of a licence granted under Part 12 of”;

(c)

in section 29E(2)(b), replace “public licence under” with “licence granted under Part 12 of”;

(d)

in section 29G(1)(a)(ii), replace “public licence granted to it under” with “licence granted to the cruise terminal licensee under Part 12 of”;

(e)

in section 29G(1)(a)(iii), replace “a public licensee” with “the holder of a licence granted under Part 12 of that Act”; and

(f)

in section 29G(1)(h), replace “public licence granted under” with “licence granted under Part 12 of”.
