In the MPA Act, after section 118A, insert —“Power to amend Fourth Schedule 118B.—

(1)

The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend the Fourth Schedule. (2) The Minister may, in an order under subsection (1), make any provision of a saving or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of the order that the Minister considers necessary or expedient.

(3)

Every order under subsection (1) must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.”.
