cl 41Consequential amendment to Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992

In the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992, in section 59(1), replace the definition of “eligible place” with —“ “eligible place” means any of the following:

(a)

any islet, landing place, wharf, dock, railway or quay;

(b)

any premises of a provider of any regulated service involving port operations licensed or exempted under the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act 1996;

(c)

any premises of a provider of any airport operated under a licence or exemption under the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act 2009;”.
