cl 42Consequential amendment to Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act 1955

In the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act 1955, in the First Schedule, replace item 13 with —“13. Port, dock and harbour services and undertakings, including the following:

(a)

services relating to the tracking and safe navigation of vessels in the territorial waters of Singapore;

(b)

regulated services (within the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act 1996) involving port operations;

(c)

services for the provision of pilotage;

(d)

services for the provision of towage;

(e)

the supply of water in any port.”.
