Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 August 2026.
Amendment of Fifth Schedule
In the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port) Regulations (Rg 7), in the Fifth Schedule, after item 3, insert —“4.Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link Bridge at Woodlands2315Between Piers 48 and 49, as marked with aids to navigation(1)Vessel to pass under bridge only during such times as may be specified by the Port Master;(2)Any other restrictions as may be necessary for safe navigation that may be specified by the Port Master.”.
