Citation and commencement
This Order is the Massage Establishments Act 2017 (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 17 August 2026.
Amendment of Schedule
In the Massage Establishments Act 2017, in the Schedule, in Part 7, replace item 1 with — “1.Section 292(1) in a case mentioned in section 292(1A) or (1B) Sale of obscene objects, etc. 1A.Section 292(1C) Sale, etc., of obscene objects, on 2 or more occasions, to total number of 10 or more individuals 1B.Section 292B Obscene object on online location 1C.Section 294 Obscene act”.
