Citation and commencement
These Rules are the Massage Establishments (Amendment) Rules 2026 and come into operation on 17 August 2026.
Amendment of Schedule
In the Massage Establishment Rules 2018, in the Schedule, in paragraph 5(a), replace “section 294” with “section 292(1) in a case mentioned under section 292(1A) or (1B), 292(1C), 292B, 294”.
