33. Protection from personal liability
Feedback & supportNo liability is incurred by any public officer, any member of the Council or of any committee appointed under section 8(4), any member, officer or employee of the Board or a recovery body, or any other person acting under the direction of the Council or the Board, for anything which is done or purported to be done, or omitted to be done, in good faith and with reasonable care in —
Council
Defined · s 2
“Council” means the MediShield Life Council established under section 8;
(a)
the exercise or purported exercise of any power under this Act; or
(b)
the performance or purported performance of any function or duty under this Act.
