Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the MediShield Life Scheme (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 August 2026.
Amendment of regulation 2
In the MediShield Life Scheme Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 622/2015), in regulation 2(1), in the definition of “approved voluntary welfare organisation”, replace paragraph (a) with —“(a)an organisation that is a sector member as defined in section 2 of the National Council of Social Service Act 1992;”.
