65. Regulations
Feedback & supportThe Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations for one or both of the following purposes:
(a)
regulating the proceedings of the Authority or of the committees of the Authority;
(b)
prescribing any matter which is required or permitted to be prescribed by this Act, or which may be necessary or expedient to be prescribed to give effect to the provisions of this Act.
