Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Media Development Authority of Singapore (Regulated Persons) (Dominant and Non-dominant Positions) Notification 2003 and shall come into operation on 15th April 2003.

Regulation 2
Dominant and non-dominant positions
For the purposes of section 21 of the Act —
(a)
the regulated persons specified in the first column of the Schedule are considered to have a dominant position in the media industries specified in the second column thereof; and
(b)
any other person specified under section 16(3) of the Act to be a regulated person in a media industry is considered to have a non-dominant position in the media industry.
