Regulation 2

Dominant and non-dominant positions

For the purposes of section 21 of the Act —

(a)

the regulated persons specified in the first column of the Schedule are considered to have a dominant position in the media industries specified in the second column thereof; and

(b)

any other person specified under section 16(3) of the Act to be a regulated person in a media industry is considered to have a non-dominant position in the media industry.
