11. Withdrawal from Medifund Account

No money may be withdrawn from any Medifund Account unless the withdrawal is authorised in accordance with section 17.

“Medifund Account” means the account, mentioned in section 10, of a Medifund committee;

A Medifund committee must repay into the Medifund Account any moneys withdrawn in contravention of subsection (1).
