This Notification is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Amendment No. 6) Notification 2026.

Paragraph 2(a) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2026.

Paragraph 2(b) comes into operation on 1 October 2026.

Subregulation 1

This Notification is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Amendment No. 6) Notification 2026.

Subregulation 2

Paragraph 2(a) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2026.

Subregulation 3

Paragraph 2(b) comes into operation on 1 October 2026.

reg 2Amendment of Schedule

In the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2016, in the Schedule —

(a)

delete items 153 and 199; and

(b)

after item 217, insert —“218.THK Nursing Home @ Tanjong Katong”.
