This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 6) Order 2026.

Paragraph 2(a) comes into operation on 1 October 2026.

Paragraph 2(b) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2026.

Subregulation 1

This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 6) Order 2026.

Subregulation 2

Paragraph 2(a) comes into operation on 1 October 2026.

Subregulation 3

Paragraph 2(b) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2026.

reg 2Amendment of Schedule

In the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015, in the Schedule, in Part 1 —

(a)

in item 3, in the second column, after item (4), insert —“(5) THK Nursing Home @ Tanjong Katong”; and

(b)

in item 48, in the second column, delete items (8) and (10).
