18. Expenses

All expenses incurred in connection with the administration of the Medifund, including the cost of auditing the accounts of the Medifund, shall be defrayed out of the income of the Medifund.

“Medifund” means the Medical Endowment Fund established under section 3(1).

The costs of auditing the accounts of the Hospital Medifund Account of any approved hospital shall be defrayed out of the income of the Medifund.
