5. President of Medical Council

The President of the Medical Council shall be elected for a term of 3 years by the members of the Medical Council from among its members.

“Medical Council” means the Medical Council established under section 3(1);

The President of the Medical Council, if present, shall be the chairman at meetings of the Medical Council. In his absence the members present at a meeting of the Medical Council shall elect one of themselves to act as chairman at that meeting.
