59R. Person suspended under interim suspension order not regarded as registered
Feedback & supportLast amended by an amending law of 2020.
While a person’s registration in the register is suspended by virtue of an interim suspension order, the person is not to be regarded as being registered even though the person’s name still appears in the register.
Upon the expiration or revocation of an interim suspension order, the person’s rights and privileges as a registered medical practitioner are revived immediately after the date of the expiration or revocation, but only if he has complied with all the terms of the order.
