Amendment of section 22

Subsection (1) of section 22 of the Medical Registration Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (h) thereof and substituting therefor the word “; or”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (h) thereof, the following paragraph: —“(i)has failed to serve the Government or such other body or organisation as directed by the Government for such period as may be specified in any undertaking given by him to the Government.”.
