Short title
This Act may be cited as the Rubber Association of Singapore (Incorporation) (Amendment) Act, 1979.

Short title
This Act may be cited as the Rubber Association of Singapore (Incorporation) (Amendment) Act, 1979.
Amendment of section 19
Section 19 of the Rubber Association of Singapore (Incorporation) Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(1) This section shall apply to any contract or agreement which —
purports to be a contract or agreement for the sale or purchase of rubber;
is in a form prescribed by the rules, by-laws or regulations made under this Act; and
is entered into by any person with or through the agency of a member.”.
