37. Cancellation of practising certificates

Where a registered medical practitioner has had his name removed from a register (other than the Register of Specialists) under this Act or his registration suspended, any practising certificate issued to him shall be deemed to be cancelled and the registered medical practitioner shall forthwith surrender the practising certificate to the Medical Council.
