Regulation 69
Subregulation 1
The fees specified in the Fifth Schedule shall be payable to the Medical Council.
Subregulation 2
The Medical Council may, subject to such conditions as it may direct, exempt any person or class of persons from all or any of the fees payable under these Regulations.
Subregulation 3
The Medical Council may remit or refund, in whole or in part, any fee payable under these Regulations in any particular case or class of cases.
