Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Mental Capacity (Public Guardian Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 July 2026.
Amendment of Schedule
In the Mental Capacity (Public Guardian Fees) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 106/2010), in the Schedule, in item 5, in the second column, replace “$505” with “$480”.
