Discharge of person found on inquiry not to be of unsound mind
When after inquiry into the unsoundness of mind of any person detained in a mental hospital, the court has made an order under section 26 that the proceedings shall cease or be set aside, the person in charge of the mental hospital shall forthwith, on the production of a certified copy of the order, discharge from the mental hospital the person whose unsoundness of mind has ceased.
