Medical inspection after embarkation in certain cases
(1)
If in any case a pilgrim ship does not proceed on her voyage within 48 hours after all the pilgrims have been received on board, or there is reason to suspect that any person on board is suffering from any disease, a medical inspection of all persons on board may be held by the Port Health Officer.
(2)
Any person who is found on such inspection to be suffering from any disease, or shows any symptoms of the disease, shall together with all articles belonging to him be at once removed from the ship.[199
