Liability of pilgrims travelling by non-pilgrim ships
Pilgrims travelling with a pilgrim ticket by a ship which is not a pilgrim ship shall be liable to all the obligations imposed by this Part or rules thereunder on pilgrims travelling by a pilgrim ship.[219
