334. Persons appointed or authorised under this Act to be deemed public servants
Feedback & supportEvery person appointed or authorised under this Act for any of the purposes of this Act, when acting in pursuance of any such purpose, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code [Cap. 224].[370** Section 369 in the 1970 Edition was repealed by Act 38/84.
