Appointment of Director of Marine

Section 6
(1)
The President may appoint a Director of Marine and a Deputy Director of Marine.
(2)
The Director may appoint so many other officers as he may think fit for the purpose of carrying out all or any of the powers conferred on the Director by or under this Act.
