169. Determination of disputes as to salvage summarily
Feedback & supportA District Court may, for the purpose of determining a dispute as to salvage, call in to its assistance any person conversant with maritime affairs as assessor, and there is to be paid as part of the costs of the proceedings to every such assessor in respect of his or her services any sum that the Authority directs.
