Regulation 26
(1)
The boilers and other pressure vessels shall be of a design and construction adequate for the service for which they are intended and shall be installed and protected so as to reduce to a minimum any danger to persons on board. (2) The boilers and the other pressure vessels and their respective mountings shall, before being put into service for the first time, be subjected to a pressure test to the satisfaction of the Certifying Authority.
