Section 12

No action to enforce a claim in respect of a liability incurred under section 3 shall be entertained by any court in Singapore unless the action is commenced not later than 3 years after the claim arose nor later than 6 years after the occurrences or first of the occurrences resulting in the discharge or escape by reason of which the liability was incurred.
