Regulation 31

The Director may, subject to any conditions that the Director considers fit, exempt any particular categories of pleasure craft from the application of any provision of these Regulations generally, or for any time or for any voyage that the Director may determine.

The Director may exempt any Singapore pleasure craft from the application of any provision of these Regulations generally, or for any time or for any voyage determined by the Director.
