Recording of conveyance orders and directions
Subregulation 1
A master shall make entries in the official log book recording particulars of any requirements made of him under regulation 9 and of any direction given to him by the Director for the purpose of that requirement.
Subregulation 2
A master who fails to comply with paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $200.
