Regulation 8

Place of return

A seaman who is to be returned in pursuance of these Regulations shall be returned —

(a)

in the case of a seaman who is resident in Singapore, to Singapore;

(b)

in the case of a seaman who is not resident in Singapore, to the place where he was employed or joined the ship; or

(c)

to any other place which may be agreed between the seaman and his employer.
