Regulation 13
Minimum number of deck officers to be carried
The minimum number of qualified deck officers of a particular class who are required to be carried on a ship of a description set out in column 2 of Part A of the Second Schedule when engaged on a voyage within the trading area set out in relation to that description of ship in column 1 of that Part shall be the number set out in column 3 of that Part.
