Clause 21
The Second Schedule to the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the entries relating to section 8(b);
(b)
by deleting “12A” under the heading “Section creating offence” and substituting “11E”;
(c)
by deleting the entries relating to section 13; and
(d)
by deleting the entries relating to sections 31(2) and 31A(2) and substituting the following entries: “31(2A)Failure to comply with order of Director for urine test ————Maximum 4 years or $10,000 or both 31A(2A)Failure to comply with order of Director for hair test————Maximum 4 years or $10,000 or both 31B(2)Failure to provide oral fluid————Maximum 2 years or $5,000 or both”.
