Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions) (Discipline) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 17 August 2026.
Amendment of regulation 8
In the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions) (Discipline) Regulations (Rg 5), in regulation 8(e), before “corporal punishment”, insert “except for the major offences mentioned in items (2) and (10) of Part II of the Schedule,”.
