in Part I, after item (8), insert —“(8A)smoking or inhaling any substance by using a vaporiser in a centre;”;

in Part II, in item (1), replace “cigarette” wherever it appears with “Part 3A product”; and

in Part II, replace item (9) with — “(9)doing any of the following while on leave granted under regulation 12 or 13 of the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions, Medical Observation and Treatment and Rehabilitation) Regulations: (a)consuming any controlled drug, psychoactive substance or specified psychoactive substance; (b)possessing —

any controlled drug or psychoactive substance; or (ii)any Part 3A product that contains a specified psychoactive substance;”.
