Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions, Medical Observation and Treatment and Rehabilitation) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 July 2026.
Amendment of regulation 15
In the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions, Medical Observation and Treatment and Rehabilitation) Regulations (Rg 3), in regulation 15(3)(j), replace “2 passport size photographs” with “one digital photograph”.
