Citation and commencement

Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions) Notification 2018 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation MDA-S432-2018 1973, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1973.
Citation and commencement
This Notification is the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 1 July 2018.
Approved institutions
The Minister declares the places set out in the Schedule to be approved institutions for the purpose of the treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicts and other persons under the Act.
Cancellation
The following Notifications are cancelled:
the Notification relating to Approved Institutions (N 3);
the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions) Notification 2004 (G.N. No. S 6/2004);
the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institution) Notification 2006 (G.N. No. S 22/2006);
the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions) Notification 2007 (G.N. No. S 22/2007);
the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions) Notification 2009 (G.N. No. S 264/2009).
