Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Misuse of Drugs (Community Rehabilitation Centres) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 July 2026.
Amendment of regulation 21
In the Misuse of Drugs (Community Rehabilitation Centres) Regulations 2014 (G.N. No. S 311/2014), in regulation 21(2)(j), replace “2 passport size photographs” with “one digital photograph”.
