Regulation 5

Where a subject’s urine specimens are sent to the Health Sciences Authority for urine tests, the Chief Executive of the Health Sciences Authority must arrange for each of the 2 urine specimens to be tested by a different officer.

Where a subject’s urine specimens are sent to the DSO National Laboratories for urine tests, the Chief Executive Officer of the DSO National Laboratories must arrange for each of the 2 urine specimens to be tested by a different officer.

The results of the 2 urine tests mentioned in paragraph (1) or (2) (as the case may be) must be sent to the enforcement officer in charge of the case.
