142. Invitation to take up book‑entry MAS securities and refusal of application

The Authority may, from time to time, by public notice invite the public to apply to take up book‑entry MAS securities issued under this Part.
(2)
The Authority may refuse any application to take up book‑entry MAS securities issued under this Part without giving any reason.
