16. Period for which licence is in force

A licence shall be in force for such period as the Authority may determine.

“licence” means a money-changer’s licence or a remittance licence, as the case may be, granted under this Act;

Upon its expiry, a licence may be renewed by the Authority for such period as the Authority may determine. [12
